Kyle is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for sports and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Growing up, Kyle played basketball and football, which helped him develop a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and athleticism. As an adult, he channels his competitive drive into playing beach volleyball whenever he can.
Kyle's love for fitness grew out of a personal journey—after dealing with multiple injuries, he became determined to learn how to train smarter and prevent further setbacks. This passion led him to pursue multiple certifications in the fitness industry. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), an ATG Coach, an NCI Certified Nutrition Coach, and holds CPR/AED certification. With three years of professional experience, Kyle combines his knowledge and personal experience to help others avoid injuries and reach their peak performance.
