Looking for the biggest competitive edge on your competition next year??!! Need to get stronger, faster, more agile & explosive while staying healthy all season?? Or heck, just need a break from Fortnite??!!

Oak Strength Youth Fitness & Athletic Performance design to help athletes achieve their genetic potential on the track, court or field. Training sessions include a strong combination of strength training with a speed emphasis of top end, acceleration and lateral change of direction. Athletes are led through a variety of iso-stability movements to minimize the risk of injury.

Who: Athletes looking to get stronger, faster & more injury resistant!  

Where: Oak Strength – 7135 Clinton Road, Loves Park

When: 2x/Week or 3x/Week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays from 4pm-5pm or 5pm-6pm. 

What: Athletes are able to choose from a 3-day/week, or 2-day/week. Older athletes are encouraged to do the 3-day/week.

Why: To help athletes reach their genetic potential!!!
