High School POWER & SPEED Summer Training Camp 2018



Looking for the biggest competitive edge on your competition next year??!! Need to get stronger, faster, more agile & explosive while staying healthy all season??


Oak Strength is running their 5th annual summer POWER & SPEED Training Camp design to help athletes grades 9-12 achieve their genetic potential on the track, court or field. Training sessions include a strong combination of strength training with a speed emphasis of top end, acceleration and lateral change of direction. Athletes are led through a variety of iso-stability movements to minimize the risk of injury.


Who: All High School Athletes looking to get stronger, faster & more injury resistant!  – CLASS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 ATHLETES

Where: Oak Strength – 7135 Clinton Road, Loves Park

When: 9-Week Training Block from June 4 – August 2, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri from 10:15am-11:15am

What: Athletes are able to choose from a 4-day/week, 3-day/week or 2-day/week. Older athletes are encouraged to do the 4-day/week.

The POWER & SPEED Training Camp will be led by Coach Adam Lane. Adam is a POSE Certified Running Coach, USAW-SPL1, CF-L2, and IYCA High School Strength & Conditioning Coach. Adam has been coaching speed and strength for 16 years. He lives with his wife and two sons in Rockton.
