In Oak Strength Health and Performance classes, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping are all combined into one program to help you achieve your goals. This is our most popular program here at Oak Strength. You will simultaneously develop your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. In just 3 days a week, you will develop a new found confidence for everything you do.
